does your lashes stop growing and get smaller once you stop using it

I stopped using for awhile and noticed they gradually went back to what they were, but it took a few months for me to notice that I didn't have the false eyelash effect anymore with mascara. So I went back and they are noticeably healthier looking again. I'm sure it is different for everyone.

Does it make dark spots under the eyes ?

No it does not. It goes on like mascara

Is this item flammable

I no longer have the insert on this but assume it would say on the bottle itself if it was flammable and it doesn't say a thing about it.

Can i use the product if I have permanent eyeliner and eyebrow tattoo?

I have very sensitive eyes and I found that product to be very gentle on my skin,, I don't see why not.. some other product's can sting and this one is not like that. I even got it in my eye and its not harsh at all, but as for permanent makeup ,, can you call a local beautician.. ? its just a nutrient for your lashes not a harsh dye.
