Initially bought this for my legs and hands. It worked fine and didn’t burn. Thought I would try it on my face. Since I use tretinoin products on my face I figured it might burn a little and I was right. My face was burning so bad I had to remove it after 2 minutes. My face stayed red, swollen and was peeling for 5 days. I kept Aquaphor on my face at all times. But the result was amazing and there was no scarring. Skin tone is beautiful; fine lines are minimized and I’m quite satisfied with the results.

This glycolic acid is 70% and very very intense. All of my dark spots on my face and arms are gone after using twice weekly for 2 weeks. My face appears much smoother and refreshed.

I regularly use glycolic acid as a skin peel. I mostly love adding it to my body wash and leaving on for 2 minutes. It definitely makes a difference

This is my first time trying a chemical peel.I consider myself someone with a sensitive acne-prone skin (however the instructions say not to use this on sensitive skin).Meaning I often have a burning/red/breakout reaction to cosmetics, even the well-known ones for 'sensitive skin'.(Avène, La Roche-Posay, Louis Widmer, etc..)PACKAGINGThe bottle is packed in a bubble-wrap, then in a very sturdy little box.A small card of Skin Beauty Solutions, a plastic bag with gauze pads and instructions are also provided.It was delivered to me, a location in Europe, in 8 business days.EFFECTI first did a patch test on my neck. (Without any bad reactions)I did everything as instructed, the right amounts, an 'emergency'-bowl of baking soda and water, etc.After washing and using rubbing alcohol on my face, I applied the acid with the gauzepads provided along with the bottle.The enclosed instructions suggested first-time users do not leave the product on for longer than ONE minute.However, I only felt a VERY faint, very bareable tingle. My face didn't become red.So I waited for 2 minutes instead and neutralized.After, I applied a thin layer of Bio-Oil and after letting it sink in, a 50+ SPF Sunscreen.It's only been one day now, but these are my statements:- My acne has seriously calmed down. Infected spots dramatically reduced in size and aren't (as) red anymore.- Some very tiny flakes started appearing around my acne.- Even pores seem to be more clean and smaller.I'm numbfounded about the fact that my 'sensitive' skin had NO problem at all with this acid peel,even while the description says 70% is only meant for use on the body!I'm still waiting as to know what this will do on a longer term, but the first minor effects already seem promising!NOTE* Bio-Oil and sunscreen are NOT included in package.[UPDATE 1]I have just done a fourth peel.I realize now I haven't been using enough product, most probably, which would explain nu burning sensation at all.I now use some more of the acid (so that, looking into the light, you can see your skin is wet)I can very clearly see that my skin tone, overall improved alot.My skin looks a bit more tanned and more healthy.My acne has really improved. I only still get some blemishes in my problem areas which is mostly my jawline.As for acne scars, I can't say much.I'm pretty confident it got rid already of undeep scars of the surface, meaning the pinkish shiny patches of skin.And the effect is greater than you'd think! My facial tone looks alot more even.As for a few deeper acne scars I have, I didn't see any improvement yet.

This is the second time I bought, first time was 10z bottle in 2015. That stuff was hot, I use a q-tip dipped in bottle them place on dark skin spots on face, on arms and on legs. The old stuff I could stand it after about 10 s[pots as they burned and irritated. This lasts until solution dries. Originally I would wash with water after 3 minutes but that didn't give enough effect, I upped it to 6 minutes still not enough so I would just leave it on. The effect doesn't show until the next day so be sure to experiment . The effect is also sensitive to the cleanliness of you skin. If you put it on oily skin there is less effect. clean dry skin has the most effect.This new bottle doesn't do anything, I can barely feel tingling on clean dry face skin. I left it dry on my skin and the next day my skin is slightly red. With the old stuff, the next day I have dead tissue peeling off. If I had to guess, I would say this is diluted by 50% and is really only 35% glycolic acid. Typical drug dealer cut, cut in half.Don't buy this if you are after maximum effect. People that say it works don't know what 70% feels like. Sure it works but you have to apply twice or more times for the same effect. All the rookies and dummies complaining about damaged skin who didn't test first scared the maker into diluting product. Know what you are doing before doing anything.Unfortunately this product is not what it claims. I'm going to leave the lid off to evaporate some of the water (1/2) until the acid concentration is back to 70%

It actually lightens dark areas like knees and elbows.

So, I made a massive jump from using 20% to this. I did a patch on my chin and i got burning sensation straight away and immediately washed it off with water. That didn't work so I used the neutralizer as advised on the info leaflet. That felt worse initially (more stinging) but then calmed down a bit. I've applied lots of moistruiser on. I've got a burn on my chin, so I've worked out that this is defo too strong for my face. I've alo used some on the acnes on my body. Some tingling sensation felt, but tolerable so I left it on for about 5 min. The next day 70% acnes have disappeared. I'll stick to using this one on my body only. Great product

However, it was not packaged well and some of the liquid had escaped from the bottle during transportation. I had to keep it because I didn’t have any glycolic peel left, but I won’t order from this company again. It took over three weeks to arrive.

Best product for every age... I am 22 year old and I am facing the acne problem from last 8 years. I have done everything to get rid of pimples and scars but nothing worked actually. I have gone to skin specialist, have taken a different treatments, used lot of creams facewash, have taken tablets, avoided spicy and junk food, tried so many home remedies and many more... But nothing really worked... One day I was surfing on internet and I got a suggestion of glycolic peel and thought let's try this one also... Actually I thought already I have wasted so much money let's give one more try. For the first two time my skin was horribly burned... I strongly recommend that please dilute the peel for at least first two times. Add half amount of water in the solution and then apply then it will become 35% and less stronger. For first 2 to 3 times do not apply more than 2 minutes. I dont use baking soda as so many people suggest, I will only suggest wash your face with cold water for 3 4 times and then let it dry by own. You can stand under fan as I always do. Don't wipe your face with cotton because your skin become very sensitive after feeling at least for that day. I also suggest u to arrange all the things first and then apply like stopwatch, tie your hair, clean your hands and face, cotton...as it take time to find it after and it is dangerous to keep solution more than 2 to 3 min on your face. Apply moisturizer every night. Also dont give up so early... It takes time but it works just like a miracle... Now all my pimples and scars has gone.. my skin is much tighter and my skin tone become brighter... I definitely recommend to any one who is suffering from acne, pimple or scar problem..
