Worked wonders for my soccer kids heel pain!
This was an absolute life saver for my soccer kiddo! He was having bad heel and ankle pain and it was gone once we got these! They are super compression and hard to get on but he figured it out pretty fast! Very durable, good quality! Not too thick that it bothered in his cleats. Only wish they came as a pair and not just 1.

Not eligible for return
UPDATE: Leaving my orig review in-tact at the bottom but now ive been using this awhile for yoga, i want to amend my first thoughts because its stretched out just enough its not too tight now and I think it's just the right size afterall. I just needed to break it in. Also it's great and does the job and i'm glad i bought it. I use the extra duty heel cups in my shoes at work and for aerobics and its great to have a version i can use for yoga. -- Just got my cheetah after years of using Tuli's heel cups in my shoes. I've been looking for something to use for yoga but hesitant to buy this because its literally a regular Tuli's heel cup stitched on to a neoprene sleeve. I've tried various methods of sticking them in socks with the toes cut out for yoga but they get slippery during hot yoga and its never ideal. So i bit the bullet and bought a Cheetah. My first impression was good. the neoprene provides some extra cushion inside and the cups are stitched on to the outside with an industrial machine. Not something I could do myself at home. The problem is that its too small. I measured my foot and ordered a M by the chart. I'm a perfect woman's size 10 US shoe. 8.5" instep. But this is really tight. Maybe thats good for activity but i thought id prefer to send it back and get the adjustable one, but its ineligible for return so im stuck with it. I'll give it a go at least once. Maybe it'll stretch out some after wearing it but its hard to get on cause its so tight. Anyway, neoprene isnt breathable so it may be awful for hot yoga. I was thinking i could wear a sock w the toes cut out underneath to absorb moisture but its too tight for that. Just know before you order that this thing is very tight and you can't return it.

Recommended to gymnasts for heel support
My daughter is Level 6 gymnast and has been pushing through heel pain. These heel cups provide extra cushioning during flips, absorbing impact and reducing strain on her heel. It was so bad she was limping at one point and after wearing these for two weeks, she finally feels relief. Recommend them to fellow gymnasts, dancers, and athletes who need reliable heel protection without sacrificing mobility. Warning though, they are hard to get on and off. Also very sweaty and smelly after use. We also had to size down, she was right on the line of a S and XS and the S was huge.

Great option for helping with heel pain
The fit is great, it did seem to help my daughter's foot a lot when she wore it for cheer, but it was a little confusing for her to put on, on her own at first. Definitely recommend it though and it seems pretty durable.

problematic to fit.
These things are impossible. My daughter wears a size 4 big kid or 5 women's shoe. I first ordered a child XL in the Cheetah. The sleeve part fit around her calk pretty well, but the heel cup was massive. Slid all around when she walked or tried any activity. The i ordered a L. The sleeve around her calf was massive, but the cup fit ok. Then I ordered a M. The sleeve was so tight it took forever to get it on, and the heel cup rubbed her peroneal tendons. She is having trouble with those tendons which is why we ordered the dang sleeve in the first place.

Really helps our daughter
My 9 year old daughter is a competitive gymnast and she has been using the Tuli's Cheetah Heel Cup with Compression Sleeve for the past few months. We were initially drawn to this product because of its unique cheetah print design, but we have been extremely impressed with its performance as well. The heel cup provides excellent support and cushioning for her heels, which has helped to reduce her foot pain during long training sessions. The compression sleeve adds an extra layer of support and stability, and it has helped to improve her overall balance and control on the apparatus. One of the things we love most about this product is how easy it is to put on and take off. The material is stretchy and comfortable, so it fits snugly without feeling too tight or constricting. My daughter has also mentioned that the heel cup stays in place very well and doesn't slip around during her routines. Overall, we are extremely happy with the Tuli's Cheetah Heel Cup with Compression Sleeve and would highly recommend it to any gymnast looking to improve their foot support and comfort. It has made a noticeable difference in my daughter's performance and we will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I have bad planter fasciitis in my right foot, I have tried many products which have not helped with the excruciating heel pain. I came across these heel protectors & decided to give them a try. I am a small size 4 shoe & went for a medium. On arriving the protector was really tight to fit but once in place I could actually walk on my heel with hardly any pain. The stitching on the front was a little tight on my bare foot so I put it on over a thin sock & it has done the job nicely. I cannot fault these, I can wear them with my slippers & trainers. Supports & cushions my heel & for the first time in 4 months I can walk on my heel & not on the side of my foot which is a huge bonus.

My son needed something to help his heel pain during gymnastics in p.e. at school. He's 9 with size 13-1 feet (Clarks E width) and he has the small size. They are snug to get on but they get easier, not sure if he's getting the knack of if they've loosened up a bit. In saying that they don't look like they would become baggy or misshapen in any way. They are the only orthotic my son wears and will put his heel down without prompting. Overall I'd say fiddly, expensive but we'll worth it for the excellent pain relief.
