These crackers are a lot more flavorful and filling than regular crackers. And they stay with you instead of causing a sugar crash an hour later. These go with hummus, peanut butter, regular butter, cheese, and I even crumble them up on top of some arugula and add a lemon and olive oil vinaigrette. Amazing. As I'm an ardent snacker, these have become a very important staple. I keep them on my counter in my crock jar.

Love the taste… very salty! Need to pair with eggs or cheeses or fruit!

My wife and I are both unable to eat regular crackers. She avoids gluten because of her rheumatoid arthritis, and I have a good old histamine allergy to wheat. On top of that, I am also allergic to tree nuts. It can be so frustrating to spend tons of money on a bread or cracker substitute that leaves me feeling empty and unsatisfied. Ella's is the exact opposite--delicious, flavorful, full of nutrients. My nutritionist suggested them to help us increase our protein intake, and we're obsessed. We ended up repurchasing in one of the bulk packs and are still working out way through them. But we are close to the end of that big order and will definitely be buying more. Thanks, Ella's for making me feel like my cracker options aren't just second best. They're better!

These are pretty good. It was thinking it would be more cracker like made from crushed seeds and whatnot but they are practically all seed. I don't even know what is holding it all together. lol Still tastes good and goes well with cheese. Only downside is it's on the expensive side for how much you get.

Wanted to share my Ella's Flats experience – these crisps are the best! I stumbled upon them years ago at Bonberi Mart in the West Village, NYC and have recently been ordering them on Amazon to Ocean City, MD. Pictured here are two ways I love to eat Ella’s Flats! I paired the Sesame flavor with creamy Good Culture cottage cheese (yum!), a dollop of Fifer's Orchard "Beach Traffic Jam,” juicy mango and kiwi salad, and a drizzle of local Tribeca rooftop honey from Andrew's Honey. The crunch always holds up like a champ against the mix of sweet and tangy toppings. Round two, I loaded up more Sesame Ella's Flats with the same cottage cheese and topped them with Fifer's heirloom tomato, creamy avocado, and a generous sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning. Crunch meets creamy in the best possible way. These are the cleanest, lightest, and crunchiest no-grain (or oil!) snacks I’ve found to date. Everyone I share with LOVES them. I’ve used them in more ways than I can count (under toppings, in salads, on yogurt bowls, alongside dips, etc.). Breakfast, lunch, snacks, or even lazy dinner – these flats always have me covered. Can’t wait to keep enjoying Ella’s!

These are fantastic! Expensive, but great taste and you know how hard it is to find a good gluten free/keto cracker. These arrived very well packaged and protected so they made it to my home in one piece. Definitely will buy again.

Pretty tasty for a GF product. They are not that sturdy and when shipped. They arrive with more broken ones than when purchased at a retail store. I use the broken bits for crunch in my yogurt, salads and to roll & coat protein bites, cheese balls etc. so I don’t waste any.

The taste of these crackers is delicious and I love them with guacamole or cheese. I loved them so much I ordered them for monthly delivery. Unfortunately, at least twice they have arrived completely crushed! I’ve sent messages about the lack of quality on delivery but never heard back from Amazon. Very disappointing. sometimes, they are packaged properly and they aren’t broken but other times they are crushed and not crackers anymore just crumbles. They aren’t taken back and the money is wasted.
