It will have a clear shrink wrap to protect the food (ribbon over the top of the wrap) but it is arranged as shown and looks very much like the picture.

Does the fruit have added sugar? Are the nuts salted?

The kiwi have added sugar, the there dried fruits do not. the nuts are salted.

How long does dried fruit last

I don't know. I gave them as gifts. Should last a while.

Is this have Kosher certified?

While some of our trays have been certified Kosher, this one is not
