Loved the ease of use but the cap on the button falls off very easily. Lost cap using it now the item is useless. With a Lifetime warranty can this replaced, the cap that is? Please let me know.

I paid twice as much for this remote thinking it will work on all my Bluetooth devices.,it says premium after all., Well it only works on 2 out of 6 devices that ALL have Bluetooth.,No better than the cheaper ones do.,Very disappointing.,

The media could not be loaded.  This is a review of the Premium Bluetooth Selfie Remote Control Camera Shutter + Mini TripodI've had 3 or 4 other remote shutter releases for my iPhone and this is by far the best of the bunch so far. It's a sturdy little device that is incredibly handy. The included tripod, camera mount and smartphone mount aren't the best or most sturdy, but they are handy nonetheless.The remote shutter release works in all the various camera modes on my iPhoneXR with IOS 12.3.1. It will work with Android as well but I don't have an Android device so I can't vouch for its compatibility with Android.I'm not giving 5 stars simply because the tripod and phone holder is quite cheesy and already a small piece has come detached from the phone holder. If I were only reviewing the remote, it would be 5 stars. The tripod and smartphone holder are 3 stars at best.

I have used this product with my phone to take group pictures at Thanksgiving and Christmas. It works very well. The only issue I have with it is that the stand is the same size as the phone (and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy 13) which means it barely fits the stand. My biggest issue is me as the photographer! Yes, I would recommend this product to anyone in need of something to use with your phone to take group shots that you would like to be in.

I am happy with my purchase. Exactly what I needed. This works with the native camera app and also some third party apps even though it says it will not work. I got this for a trip and have not been yet, but after playing around with it, very happy with product and delivery

Fitting the phone requires expanding the clamp/holder which puts too much stress... the cheap hinge broke (unrepairable) very quickly. No issues with the bluetooth.

After using a much cheaper controller which constantly dropped the Bluetooth connection, invested in this as a wishful improvement. Not disappointed, as a couple months in it hasn’t dropped the connection once. The tripod-type accessory with it is neither here nor there however. I chose not to bother with it, but the controller more than makes up for it.

I wasn't sure to pay that money for a little device like this but It totally worth the money. Avoid to buy cheap remot controls because you will have more problems than solutions. This one is very easy to use and it works perfectly. I recommend!
