This product has 24 g of sugar per serving! This is not healthy! After I read that on the nutritional label when it arrived (which is more than some candy bars and other decadent sweet treats), I tried to return it (never opened), but even before 30 days, was not allowed. Buyer beware of the nutritional contents. I cannot speak to the taste of this product.
