Useful for Dieting
Being on a diet I find it useful and rewarding to "Visualise" what I am loosing.- In this case placing models of fat around my house gives me an incentive to do something physical instead of watching tv.- Which helps with weight-loss. slightly squidgy, and about the correct weight. it is working so far.

Horrendous smell and very sticky.
Good replica, but the smell of the 'fat' and of the white base is utterly repulsive and it transfers to your hands. YUK! I have tried airing them near a window to no avail. The surface of the 'fat' is very sticky and attracts dust like crazy. All somewhat disappointing considering the ridiculous price for a 5 lbs lump of vinyl plastic.

Unbelievable realistic (scary)
This "item" is so realistic I have to cover it after I diet and work out. Then, as a motivator, just before I work out I uncover it. Really great motivator and makes me work out even harder. I can't imagine this "thing" inside me. Gross

Great Motivation Piece for Home Gym!
Anytime I think losing 5lbs isn’t enough I go over and pick up this log of fat. Very motivating to keep losing 5lbs. I did as others and bought a 10$ clear shoebox/case to store it in. Now it’s part of the home gym decor.. haha
