Me l'ha consigliato l'ortopedico. Quando mi sveglio con il ginocchio che mi fa male, lo tengo su tutto il giorno, senza problemi. Anche se sottile compatta l'articolazione e la stabilizza. Dopo il primo, ho comprato anche il secondo per l'altro ginocchio.
