No, there is no MSG. The ingredients are displayed on the rear product image and product description. Red Chile, Broad Beans, Salt, and a little wheat flour to hold it together.

How long will this keep in the refrigerator after opening?

Certainly for months. Perhaps years. It's a fermented aged product, with a lot of salt content. I recommend that you put the contents in a wide mouthed jar, so it is easy to get it in and out - it is very chunky. Additionally, it is good to chop it up (it has large chunks of broad beans) so that it is ready to quickly add to your stir fries and mapo tofu.

What is the sodium content of this paste?

1 gram of salt per tablespoon. As a frame of reference, 1 tablespoon of paste should be used to season 1 pound of meat or vegetable for cooking.
