From the moment you open the vacuum packed bag and the incredibly delicious smell hits your nostrils, to the first bite, to the last bit, the cake is just wonderful. It keeps well, is lovely and moist, with a perfect sponge and very authentic Caribbean flavours. It is a bit pricy but finding a cake of this quality and flavour is very hard to find so the price is worth.

As headline states. The most amazing moist, cake I have tasted in my life. The amount of rum in this actually got me a bit tipsy. Lol.... I make Jamaican rum cakes .so, thatโs saying something from me. But this was spectacular!!!!! The only downside itโs waaaay too small. Come on amazon whatโs going on get some bigger sizes on your web site. As the biggest you do at the moment is 464g(16oz) or 1lb in size and weight. Iโm ready to order again, already. But the size is putting me off. Time to step up. Cause I know the tortunga rum cake company do bigger sizes like 32 oz and 26 oz. Iโm waiting already.......

I always hesitate to buy baked goods online as they can arrive dry, not fresh or tasteless. Not this cake! I opened the box, made a pot of coffee and invited friends in for coffee and rum cake. To a person, they practically inhaled every crumb. This delightful cake is definitely worth ordering. I'm ordering several as holiday gifts.
