If you love Scythe, play it often, think it's great you'll appreciate this upgrade.I would say this is quite possibly our number one game of all time, so we have slowly upgraded as much of it as possible.We play it often enough that we've gone through all the base game event cards and wanted more for variety. The art on these is still amazing and fabulous and many bring in ties to Wind Gambit which is fun.It's more of the same of what you are used to, so again I will mostly recommend this for very frequent players of the base game and those who want to upgrade their game to get even more enjoyment out of it.For the average Owner who plays Scythe less often, it's a personal choice then, if you like upgrading and having everything for a game you fit the target audience for this as well. Otherwise I won't say this is necessary or game changing in any way, the variety in cards is already there with the base game so this is just for fun or wouldn't be needed at all for other players. If there were ever a new bunch of Factory cards I could get my hands on that would be in my opinion a more almost required purchase.
