Q: How fast does the slider motor go?

Using 2 tracks I have timed speed 2 as 45 minutes and 3 at 20 minutes, both approximate. Forget what the fastest was now, probably a couple of minutes or more, but I know they are all different to the guide times stated and 8 suspect that they will differ from person to person

I wouldn't have thought so, what is the weight of the 5d and lens you plan to use. Max it can manage on the straight is 1kg and vertical 750g
