Can this be painted? my bathroom is navy blue and i want to paint it to match

You probably could paint it with something like rustoleum but the plaque is beautiful as is & you’d be covering up a lot of nice detail. I bought one for me & hung it outside & one as a gift. Lots of compliments. Wouldn’t it be better to have it stand out against the blue walls 😊

Can I get sun in moon $ stars in 24”?

That’s a question for the manufacturer, tho there are plenty of options for smaller pieces in other designs. The large size is what attracted me in the first place.
