Moist Fruit Cake
Being from Claxton, GA, the home of Claxton Fruit Cake, I wanted to try Jane Parker Fruit Cake. The President of Claxton Fruit Cake is Paul Parker whose wife is Jane. However Jane Parker Fruit Cake is a different company and family.I loved Jane Parker Fruit Cake. It is the cakerier Southern recipe. The flavors are rich and pleasing. It is so moist.A great gift for the season, sure not to be a door stop.

moist and light for a fruit cake
have been craving fruit cake for a while. Glad I picked this one very much satisfies everything I wanted. great favors only problem is trying to control myself. wife says she doesn't like fruit cake, but she hasn't tried this one, fine by me. I may give her a sample later. worth the price, not super sweet high-quality ingredients.

Not Worth the Expense
The cake LOOKS enticing, but fools the eye; it's actually pretty tasteless. A waste of money.

Fruit Cake for the Non-fruitcake Lover
I generally do not like fruitcake. It is usually too sweet or too stale. The Ann Page variety is different. I can tolerate the sweetness and the product stays fresh much longer than other commercial brands.

Great Product - Will buy again.
In the Fall of each year, I crave the fabulous Jane Parker Fruitcake. There is nothing like it for taste. It is moist and full of fruit, nuts, (pecans - my favorite) and flavor. Keep up the good workWe always had one for Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was growing up in North Carolina.

Worst Fruitcake and Overpriced
It was advertised as a rum and brandy soaked fruitcake. There was no liquor flavor and it was dry. I've bought more flavorful fruitcakes for $12 at the local grocery store. This purchase was definitely a let down and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. It's like being gifted a terrible holiday gift - and I purchased it for myself. I would not recommend this for anyone
