This product is amazing! I bought it because I was looking for something loaded with vitamins that can help my immune system as well, since I do not like greens and do not consume enough of them! I was previously taking barley grass tablets and it was time to try a different product. I Love the taste of the powder and its beautiful, rich green color. I start my day with my green elixir and I feel great! Plus, I use it twice a day, swishing 1/2 tsp of the wheat grass around in my mouth for 5-10 min., to help my gums, and I can see results in two days! My gums become pink and soft - no irritation, no redness! Sometimes I combine the powder with some olive leaf exttact! This mixture works wonders! Thank you! Now, I am giving the grass to my family members too. I just bought another box from Amazon!

I purchased this way back in June and then left it on the shelf since last week (5 months). I take a scoop (or two) and blend it in room temp water for 5 to 10 seconds. I also add two drops of lemon flavored stevia. It tastes very good. I have noticed that it has made a difference in my health the last week. This has replaced my early morning coffee and now I drink one cup of coffee per day at 10am, whereas I used to have 3 - 4 cups before 12pm. I also intermittent fast. If you just mix the powder in the water, it will not ruin your fast. But if you start adding fruits and veggies and anything else with calories, it will ruin your fast. Great product and very affordable.

Great product!!! It is very easy to digest and mix with any liquid beverage. Gives me great energy and helps with my workouts. The taste is also superb to others. Will buy again. Great price as well.

I have been using the wheatgrass over a month. The new found energy for my long days of work then straight to gym have been outstanding. I have even eased up on my coffee consumption. I usually drink it once a day and it mixes well with just water with ice. I have not felt fatigued towards the end of my night either.

Very happy I stumbled upon wheatgrass during my never-ending search for *THE* herbal remedies made for me. I lucked out by choosing Natural Elements for my first wheatgrass purchase, because I DID feel positive effects from taking it; and almost immediately! I get bad headaches sometimes; I don't know the cause but can best describe them as vertigo. Taking this helped SO much and almost immediately; I repeat! I was genuinely shocked (and excited!) There's a good chance this could help those suffering from migraines (this is based on my experience, not any research I've done). I mainly purchased this wanting to increase energy. I did feel a nice boost in mood, which in turn, helps energy. I've been using kratom for energy the last few years, with success. I swear, when I woke up the morning after my first use of wheatgrass, I reached for wheatgrass over the kratom. I was pleasantly shocked...again! I take this by mixing one scoop into a cup with a little bit of warm water. The taste doesn't bother me but they do provide smoothie recipes on a convenient insert/bookmark, if you don't like the taste. I have added this into smoothies and you don't notice it. If you're sitting on the fence about purchasing, I recommend trying it once. At the very least, you're getting a nice dose of nutrients in one shot versus taking numerous supplements. My first tub (200 grams), lasted me a little over two months.This is a keeper in my supplement collection (and not all can make the cut; lots of trial-and-error when it comes to the world of supplements). Item came quickly, extremely fast shipping and seller was very communicative. The product itself is packaged well and easy to use. Also, the seller included recipes for using the powder which was helpful as I had just planned on mixing it with water and drinking it in the morning. Using the recipes, its not an overpowering taste and its a nice supplement to add my routines. I'd recommend this product to others who are on the fence about purchasing it.

I have tried many different types and this one is not the greatest and not the worst. I won’t reorder it because I didn’t care for it, but others may like it. I didn’t get the same results I get from a different brand.

I found about this brand while I was looking for Spirulina powder to replace tablets. While ordering Spirulina, I decided to try wheatgrass powder as well, since Dr. Berg raves about it! I got it on the same day delivery, and as soon as I got it I had to try it out! I put one spoon to my regular green juice (celery, cucumber, parsley, lemon, ginger + 1/4 cup of daily fruit (ex. green apple, pineapple, banana...etc). First thing I noticed when I opened the bottle (which is so convenient compared to a resealable bag) was that fresh, greeny, nature scent! lol I don't know how else to describe it but loved the smell. It also made my juice prettier color and didn't really have overpowering taste at all. I am glad I took a chance to try wheatgrass powder out! Since, I have been alternating between Spirulina nad Wheatgrass :)
