Is the bottom of the shoe flexible or rigid?

The bottom of the shoe is very sturdy. If you force it to bend with your hands, it will but it never did while it was on my foot.

Is this item water-proof/ resistant? if not, can i safely use products for waterproofing shoes. (i live in or. it rains. a lot!!

it is not water proof. OK for light moisture. cloth could be made more water resistant with standard waterproofing materials for fabric, but will never be waterproof. You may need an overshoe.

i wear a size 10.5 shoe will this shoe fit?

Yes! I ordered 10 n it fits perfect. You do need to wrap n wear sock with this shoe. Don’t recommend barefoot.
