Don’t know your dimensions but it reads custom fits the K-6488 and K-6489 sink. I would check Kohlers website first for exact fit model and that’s how I found on Amazon. Hope this helps some

Does this fit the 36" apron sink?

Yes it does. It protects the sink and serves as a drying rack. I couldn't live without it.

Does the one size come with both pieces to fit the entire sink?

Yes. The two pieces fit the entire sink perfectly. With a large sink, its better to have two pieces so you can lift out one piece at a time to clean underneath. Ine piece would be too bulky.
