Brand-New Cartridge, Already Saying LOW?!
Absolutely TERRIBLE! 😡 The ink DOES NOT WORK, and this brand-new cartridge is already saying it’s LOW! HOW?! I literally just opened it and it’s telling me the ink is low like I paid for an EMPTY cartridge! This is ridiculous and has me seriously pissed off and stressed because I needed this to work. Don’t waste your money on this garbage!

Always have issues, but not many alternatives
About half the time I get VersaInk, it just wont work, the other half still have issues but resolvable. Then if it does work, the ink dries up in 1.5 months after using it 3x a week. I wish there were better alternatives.

Failed out of the Box
We purchased a MICR Black HP65 printer cartridge from Versaink and unfortunatly right out of the box it failed to print. Cleaned the print head and still no improvement. Amazon suggested that I contact the company and provided a phone number. The pre-recorded message refered you back to the web site. Using the site I sent the company an email and have yet to hear a response. At this time it looks like my only option is to return the cartridge to Amazon. As an aside, as of now most if not all banks are still using 1960's technology and require magnetic based ink (although they can manually enter the MICR line information). Perhaps some other check cashing services use optical readers and standard black ink will work. Your best bet is a laser printer with MICR toner at this time.
