What exactly does this come with? Do I need shuffle board sticks? Is it for adults or kids and is it for a table or floor?

The set comes complete with rolling pucks (caroms) you slide by hand. It can be used on a table or the floor. Its for all ages but my guess is 8 and over since there is a bit of math and fine motor skills involved. Our 20 somethings thought it was fun.

The pucks didnt come with the boards

They should come with the board. Contract seller or order a replacement.
