I wish there was an option to give 0 stars this is the worst gas stove I’ve ever used! Previously gas cylinder last for at least three months per cylinder, but with this stove, the gas gets over in just one month. One time, the stove even burst, and the burner melted! The technician came and did a temporary fix, but within a month, the same issue happened again strong gas smell and leakage. I’ve faced this problem three times since purchase, and every time, the support is pathetic. Even if you report an emergency, the technicians take nearly a week to come, and they just say, “there are many people like you.” What if someone dies because of this leakage? How can they take it so lightly? Please don’t buy this gas stove it’s unsafe, unreliable, and dangerous.

I've had this for nearly 4 months now and it's great! Looks: fantastic! Love the clean aesthetic, the black top looks classy and can elevate your kitchen's appearance. The burners and stands are well finished and look pleasing to the eye. Durability: this was a concern from other reviews where people report the glass shatters. I've had no issues at all, because I've been very careful to avoid putting hot vessels or ladles on it. It stays exposed to sunlight for a few hours every day and that hasn't affected the glass. I've also had drops of hot water or gravy accidentally fall on the glass while cooking and its been fine. Quick tip - place a silicone ladle holder between the burners so you don't have the space to accidentally put down a hot vessel. Functionality: works just fine - the burner sizes are good, there is enough size difference between them for various utensil types. The larger burner makes a little sound at full flow, but it settles down after a couple of minutes. Customer support: the knob on the larger burner fell off after 2 months. Customer service was prompt (I called the toll-free number on the warranty card) and replaced it within a day for free. Another quick tip - if you do get it repaired, make sure you check that the flame doesn't get extinguished when you put it on the lowest setting. The repairman I got didn't check this, I had to point it out to him and I was lucky I was around to catch it on time.
