Be careful not to bang the pans on the top, it is very fragile.

Clear instructions for installation. Only issue is when ramping through the settings. You can go from 0 to 9 but if you go from 9 to 0 it goes into a separate mode that you can’t get out of quickly.

For the price this is excellent. Heats up fast, good heat. Easy to clean. The scratch resistant surface isn't bullet proof, starting to wear after some use. Installation was easy. Very good

Great appliance, poor delivery
This is the second hob bought from this company. The first was cracked by having a heavy item dropped on it. It's a good, easy to use product. However, the delivery process is appalling. I wasn't notified about delivery, the online update is inaccurate, and the item was accepted by someone other than me. The signature for receipt is allegedly meant to be mine. This caused difficulties with the electrician lined up to fit it. Thankfully I received the item the following day.
