Horrible Quality. Lasted 2 weeks.
I bought this 2 weeks ago and it was working fine until yesterday when only the speakers on the right side of my car had any sound coming out of them. I figured it was just that the cable needs to be unplugged and plugged back in. I tried to unplug the it from my ipod and it fell apart, jamming up the port on my ipod. I didn't put any force into pulling the cable out, it fell apart like wet paper.I've purchased more expensive versions of this and they lasted about 6 months before having issues. This was way cheaper, but had bad reviews so i bought 2 just in case one broke after a couple months. I didn't think i would have to replace this cable every 2 weeks. I recommend trying to find a better quality cable. Don't buy this one.

Very poor quality item
Like all complaints the cable fell apart. It was in the window of returns so i returned it (exchanged it) that one has to be u plugged plugged to work.I gave it 2 stars because it was only $8. Ones at the car dealership was $50. So you are getting a far inferior product but for it to fall apart in your hands?The photos are ligit in the reviews on what it looks like in pieces.

Works but not we'll made
I've only have it for about 3 months. It works fine but once I disconnected the iPod it started to fall apart. The connection casing is cheaply made.

Since Hyundai no longer sells this, this is a perfect replacement

Did not work
My car radio asked for this exact part number for this item. After hooking it up it, it powered on the iPod but no sound.
