Item as advertised works great to replace broken parts. Easy to install however I have done replacements on beats multiple times so first time might not be so easy.

Product does not have the holes or the rubber overlay. (had to make the slit myself). Also upon installation to large. Save your money!!

DOESN’T FIT MY BEATS STUDIO 3 WIRELESS HEADPHONES
This item DOES NOT FIT MY BEATS STUDIO 3 WIRELESS headphones. It is too long and there’s no way to cut off any excess length and still keep the product tight in the retainer. It is approximately 1 inch too long! Maybe you will have better luck with yours!! You can see from the photo that the retainer us about where it needs to be to secure the cushion and is showing about a 1 inch overlap. Plus in the 2nd photo, the retainer doesn’t even clasp on the tabs to hold the cushion without a big gap. I would not recommend buying this piece of #$%.
