Product fits well in the hand, easy 2 use, & got out most of the stains I had, even older ones. "A"
I've been using this recently since my old product ran out, and was attracted by the positive reviews. I was cleaning up and suddenly discovered that all my clothes (and hubby's) were stained, so before I could do another load of wash, I had to use this extensively. I'd say about 80% came out, even though some had been on the clothes for who knows how long. Of course, it would work best if you use it right away, but I couldn't help what we'd had stacked up. The bottle has a shape that makes it easy to use. It's easy to take the cap off, but it doesn't just pop off and have the item leak, so don't get that idea. You just run the top part over the stain, and sometimes you have to squeeze a bit to get it to cover. Not bad. Don't really want it so thin it just pours out, either. I've been using it for several washes now, and am happy with its performance. I have a large washer, so it isn't a size that you'll use up in one sitting. The appearance of the bottle - well, I don't like blue, but it is eye-catching. Again, the size is good for multiple uses, so I find that it has a good value for the dollar. In terms of consistency, it seems to come out pretty thick, but that's good because you want to cover the stains, but the cleanser seems to come out with the same consistency all the time, so it's not like you have to shake it up to get it to work right. I'm happy. I give it an "A". That only stain it didn't handle was an old grease stain, but that was sizable. Must have dropped a whole pork chop on myself. No idea how it happened. But did well on powder stains, dust, dirt, etc. Usual household stuff. Didn't try it with wine/juice because I don't usually have that around the house. You'll have to do your own experiments there. Also, didn't try pet stains because we don't have one right now. Good item to gift to your kids when they're headed to college/first apartment so they can save their clothes from being tossed out, especially if they're used to mom saving the day where their laundry issues are concerned. Have a different product for musty odors.

Tournament Uniform Rescue in a Stick
Baseball uniforms take punishment during tournament seasonโgrass stains, dirt, sweat, occasional blood from sliding. I'd been throwing stained uniforms straight into the wash and hoping for miracles. This OxiClean stick actually prevents that nightmare scenario. The gel formula sticks exactly where you apply it instead of running everywhere like liquid stain removers. You target the actual stain without oversaturating the entire uniform. That precision means less product waste and better results. Apply it to the grass stain on his pants, the dirt smudged across his jersey, the blood from that aggressive slide into secondโit stays put and actually works. The timing flexibility is genuinely convenient. I can apply this right after tournaments when stains are fresh, let it sit overnight, then throw everything in the wash the next morning. Or I can treat stains days later if I've fallen behind on laundry (which happens constantly during tournament season). It doesn't require immediate washing, which fits real life way better than products demanding instant action. The results are legitimately impressive. Stains that looked permanent actually fade. Not always completely on the first wash, but dramatically enough that a second treatment usually finishes the job. That's way better than permanent stain situations I'd dealt with previously. The six-point-two ounce stick lasts surprisingly long. You don't need massive amounts to be effective. One stick handles dozens of stains before running out. The cost per actual use becomes reasonable when you calculate how many uniforms it saves. The gel doesn't damage fabric. His uniforms look like uniforms still, not bleached-out faded versions of themselves. That matters when you're investing in quality gear that's supposed to last multiple seasons. Tournament laundry used to be depressingโaccepting permanent stains as the cost of playing hard. Now I'm actually getting his uniforms clean instead of just less visibly dirty. Tournament season just got more manageable.

A stain remover that really is as good as it claims to be!
I just had an elderly loved one go through an extended, multi-month medical episode where her central nervous system just seemed to go berserk, which lead to a nasty combination of nerve-related problems including an outbreak of shingles and a long period of incontinence. While some clothing was deemed a complete loss ... primarily because it was old articles that weren't worth the effort to try to clean ... because of the duration of the episode, much of it wound up being very much clothing that she wanted to salvage if possible. Given the very specific nature of the stains, the typical difficulty of removing such substances, and that it was going to be a while before they could be attempted to be cleaned, I asked to see if I could find something that might be able to do the job. The need for something enzyme based ultimately lead me to the OxiClean Max Force product and then I decided to go with the gel stick rather than a spray. Thankfully, this proved to be the perfect choice. Unlike the spray or powder versions, the gel stick didn't cause any problems with her COPD. No strong sent or vapor at all. She could apply it and then scrub with a tooth brush. The fact the gel can remain on clothing for up to a week meant she could take her time pre-treating the articles and have them ready so I could wash them for her when I visited. Regardless of whether it had been days since the pre-treating ... or just a few minutes .... the results were absolutely amazing. Afterwards, neither of us could find any evidence that the articles had previously been stained. And, this is a worst-case scenario where even a hint of a stain would have still been considered a success. It just would have relegated the article to work/outside duty. But, thanks to OxiClean's effectiveness, all of her good clothes are still in great shape. When you consider just how much it would cost to replace two full loads of laundry ... easily several hundreds of dollars at least ... the $4 cost of this product is an extraordinary value. While she would like me to get her some more to have available going forward for normal use, this particular gel stick still isn't empty. It did all of that a laundry ... with some T-shirts requiring 20% coverage ... and still had some more left over. In advertising, lots of products make some very ambitious claims about how well they work. Thankfully this was one of those great times where it just worked perfectly. Can't imagine anything it could have done better.

This works great for me
I use OxiClean Max Force Gel Stick for things like food stains on my shirts and ring around the collar. It works far better than Shout, which I had tried previously on some of the same stains. I love that you can apply and scrub it in one easy step. I haven't had any issues with leakage, though I don't travel with it. The gel is just thick enough to spread, but sticky enough not to run on its own. I've not had any issues with fading on the casual clothes I've spot-cleaned with the stick. I'll definitely buy more when I run out.

Great product, works well but must wet-out the stain
Works well, best if you apply it right away and make sure to work it in until the stain is fully moistened. If any part of the stain is dry, this didn't saturate it and it won't do its job well. Obviously it isn't a salve to every stain - oily food grease is one of its weaknesses. There's a grease busting foam that works for set in oily stains, and good 'ol basic H handles the dark stains on light fabric better. Overall, this is our frontline go-to.

Stains be gone
My son works in a kitchen and this is perfect for getting grease stains out of clothes. Apply, rub it in and let set for a few minutes and wash in washing machine on normal setting. Poof. No more stains.

TRIED+TRUE!! A must in every house- used for yrs. with proven results!! Safe on colors..
A must in every laundry room.. saves clothing from becoming ruined by stains. Gel substance isn't sticky or obnoxious, so easy to apply. "Deodorant size" bottle with simple to grip to disperse without leakage- precisely where needed. Doesn't include bleach- it's safe for all colors.. pleasant laundry scent. Ideal to: treat a stain and toss in wash.. pretreat and let it soak to break down enzymes. Gel wont leave soap stain- even if it sits to work its magic! For heavier set stains- we use oxy and dash of detergent powder then scrub gently with old toothbrush.. this penetrates between fibers- a must for stubborn stains! I find results 98% effective overall. Used on grass, blood, ketchup, dirt, baby formula, grease, sweat, marker- even stains that have sat a few days. *The trick- don't dry cycle item till stain is removed- even if a need to treat x1-2. After using for years, I had to give a shoutout.. one of the most consistent + effective stain removers ever. Priced respectively- a bottle can last x2-4 months in a family household with solid results. Ideal to send off with college kids in dormโฆ Trust me, they'll need it!! Hoping info helps others- stay safe and clean everyone. **See pics with all bottle info, including QR code for helpful tips from company.
