Why do you use a sulfate when your product says sulfate free? sodium c14-16 olefin sulfonate

This doesn’t have sulfates. Sulfonate is not a sulfate it just has a similar name.

Are any of these new Aveeno shampoo and conditioners fragrance free / perfume free for those of us with chemical sensitivity?

I am sensitive to many fragrances, perfumes, etc. They cause my throat to choke and cough. But the fragrance in this oat blend shampoo is mild enough that it doesn’t bother me. As with all sensitivities and allergies, your mileage may vary.
