Innovative Percussion F4 Fundamental Series Hard Vibraphone Mallet with Birch Handles

I have used these lightly for about a week, I bought 4 mallets total to brush up on the 4-mallet technique. I am a high school band director. These do work well but I gave only 4 stars because one of the four mallets has a slightly curved shaft and that interferes with a well-balanced 4-mallet technique . Otherwise so far the heads are well wound and are the correct hardness for Vibes.

My son needed vibraphone mallets when he was selected for the youth symphony, and he needed them quickly. We ordered the mallets and they actually arrived before he needed them! We are very happy with the quality.

I have been using these mallets for several months now, I have noticed very little unraveling and am very pleased. They also work great on marimba and xylophone.
