How does this compare to Aquaphor? I've tried Aquaphor and my lips are still chapped.

The biggest difference compared to Aquaphor Lip Repair is that Banish Chapped Lips contains only natural ingredients. How do I push the lip balm up to use?

As others stated, you twist the ridges, towards the top, but no-one mentioned you have to twist it LEFT, in order to dispense product. It's totally different than 99.9% of lip balms and what you would intuitively think. Hope it helps.

Has anyone had problems with the entire lip balm falling out when rolling it up? Mine only lasted a month before it did this! Expensive for a month!!

My daughter had no problem with hers falling out of tube. Contact company- they would make it right I would think. They have a quality product.
