This is a 5 in 1 combo machine that has been delivered to me just today, a good product, came with decent packaging, they have provided all the necessary accessories (4 electrode pads, ultrasound transducer, pen electrode, velcro straps and a gel bottle) and a pair of heating bags (which probably works as any electrical heating bags). Although it is a little confusing to use in the beginning as the settings keep changing from machine to machine, the company technicians were kind enough to explain regarding the programs, settings and functionalities. As a therapist, it was easier for me to understand its settings.

I’ve been using the Physiomedgears 5-in-1 combo machine for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed. It packs multiple therapies in one unit, which makes it super convenient, no need for separate devices. The build quality feels solid, the controls are simple, and the machine is powerful enough for clinic-level treatments. It’s compact, easy to carry, and works smoothly without overheating. 1. I purchased it 4 months back and in that 5-6 times I had to change fuse. Heating pads stopped working properly after 2 months only. 2. Service of this is very poor. Very unprofessional people. They don't revert back on time and even after following up for so many times there will be some or other excuses. 3. For my machine I got some short circuit to heating pads for which I send machine to Delhi...as it was in warranty period after so many follow ups they planned pickup after one week of short circuit.....and in total it took more than 2 weeks to send me machine back ....and in new machine also model is different. Even after purchasing new heating pads from them .... heating channel is not working properly . Some issue with their machine mechanism only. Just waste of money.... Don't go for it if you want to save your money , energy and time .

Simple machine. Takes few minutes to figure how it works. Instructions manual is sufficient to understand the different functions and how to operate. Superb aftersale on WhatsApp, immediately solved my queries with a video call and sent new self adhesive stickey pads and leads, because I ordered non stick pads. Very happy with the purchase. Everything is working as advertised.

Poor packaging for suck a delicate item which work on piezoelectric effect. Even my frame worth of one thousand came with better packaging than this ten thousand price item.
