I recently bought these wrist wraps because I wanted the benefit of wrist support without having to wear thick, bulky gloves, and I am so glad I did. The fabric is made of a very strong, stiff material that looks and feels like it'll last forever, and they're just the perfect size. They're longer than the average wrist supports, and wider as well, the combination of which makes it so that you really get great support when lifting heavy amounts of weight--particularly when using free weights. I turned 40 this year. It feels great knowing that each day I'm alive I get closer to 60 and further away from 20... Awesome! <insert sarcasm here> As I've aged, my joints have aged with me, and I've noticed more and more wrist pain when doing DB bench presses, lat pulldowns, curls, etc. These wraps have helped a lot. I no longer spend a minute rubbing my wrists after each set trying to make the pain go away. With these, I'm able to lift without fear of how bad my wrists will hurt after the set.I used to be a personal trainer; I have a degree in Kinesiology (exercise science) from IU; I've been a 911 EMT, and I've worked in the ER as an RN. These are the best wraps I've ever used. Just make sure that when you use them, you do it like a nurse, or an EMT, or an athletic trainer would do it... both above and below the joint. Start wrapping around the bottom of the hand itself, then the wrist, then down towards the end of your forearm and back up again. Your goal is to make it so that your hand doesn't move, it's essentially stuck in a neutral position like the one you see in the picture. This will keep your wrists strong and better suited to handle higher amounts of weight.The price is good. Just go buy them; you won't regret it.

Inexpensive and gets the job done. I replace my wraps every four months as the loop tends to wear out and break.

Bought this wrist wrap for my grandfather, who's rounding up on 80 next year, but still loves to do all of our yard work (I know haha). He suffers from the beginning stages of arthritis, and his wrists have the worst of it-- up until we got the product, he had been using a makeshift support with an old tie and rubber bands. This product ABSOLUTELY made a difference. He's able to lift (most) anything without complaint now, and our yard is looking all the better for it too..Out of all of my Black Friday shopping, this was probably the most useful item we bought, and I didn't even know it came with two wraps! We bought the 18in pair and they were the perfect size. Great customer service too-- owner went through the trouble of sending out emails to customers, which I always appreciate. If we ever need another one, I'm definitely buying again!

These are amazing, and much better than other wrist guards I've purchased in the past. Work great with my kettlebells, but I find myself leaving them on through my workout. It helps keep my wrists stable doing dumbbell presses, chest dips and a few other exercises. Seem to be very good quality, fit great, and are comfortable for a whole 45 minute workout session. I don't know where this company has been, because they offer great workout equipment at a great price. Their balance board is a must try, and well worth the money.A final note, the velcro on these is very high quality. I often find that velcro wears down quickly with my other gloves and guards, but this seems to be very durable and strong. I feel like these will last a long time, and for the price, these are a steal.

I bought my first pair of these around 3 years ago. I used them multiple times a week for workouts and ran them through the wash on a regular basis. Fantastic wrist support for weight lifting. These wrist wraps were really worth the money. My original pair finally gave out when the Velcro no longer stuck together. I just bought another pair. They are identical to my first pair in quality. I expect these will last at least another 3 years.

Its a good support on the wrists.However, the bottom part of the elastic on one end bends inside. I tried to fold it back and leave it overnight with a weight on it, but it still gets back to its bent shape. It's a major issue if you are trying to get the wraps on yourself. You would have to ask someone to hold the fold while you fasten the wrap. I got 2 pairs and this happened to both of them. Other than that they were fine.

I waited to write this until I had used them for awhile, I really love these. These replaced a pair I had lost.The thumb loop is stitched on well and there is no irritation from where it is stitched in.The fabric for the wrist is stiff - it flexes nicely around the wrist but maintains well especially on overhead movements. I have weak wrists, and these have been very supportive on Front Squats, handstands, and oH movements. I don't get the soreness that usually happens between my upper wrist and thumb.I really love these, the Velcro is nice and wide, I do not have to readjust mid wod. I would buy these again. Great price point and excellent quality.

Great wrist wraps. I had a mid level pair years ago that I really liked but they eventually fell apart. Now that I'm back in crossfit I was looking for something to give my wrists support while working with the bar. When I headed out for the gym this afternoon they were waiting on my doorstep os I used them for the time today. They went on nice and tight, and the Velcro strap was plenty long for a tight seal around my wrist. Thumb straps are wide and look really robust. I have large wrists and when buying straps I always worry about not having enough slack to go around my wrist and these were perfect. They are now a permanent addition to my workout bag.

Fantastic product. Great support when hitting the heavier overhead lifts. Fantastic customer service as well. Took a great interest in making sure my items got to me on time and that I was happy with my products. Highly recommend this product and these wonderful chaps as sellers also.

Great product - used them for the first time today; relives so much pressure from the wrist during Oly/compound moves. Comes in a handy little bag, seller takes an active interest in the quality of the product. Would buy from WODFitters again. Thanks.
