Will these help me get bigger hands and wrist?

That's kind of a loaded question. If you have not been training with hand grips already, then yes, they will help increase size of wrist, just by building the muscles and tendons in the wrists and forearms. As for hands, I'm not sure...they will again probably have a similar affect on the tendons, ligaments and small muscles in the hand as well. The key is to stay with it, and progress through the weights to see the best results.
