Is it normal that the product makes an electric humming noise no matter the load is existed or not?

I did notice an electric humming noise when I installed mine. I think this is typical of a transformer at this price point.

How do you mount the 3tran to a junction box? it has a weird set up

You will need a metal plate with a center hole large enough for the attachment to pass through. First attach the transformer to the plate, wire the transformer to the power, then screw the plate with transformer on to the junction box. They sell these plates at hardware stores. Take the transformer with you and pick out the one that works. Good Luck and Good DIYing!
