We have purchased three sizes and these are super knives, sharp, hold the edge and have replaced 8 knife set we had been using. Great knives for a good price. Update on this knife, the knife has stained even though it is cleaned and dried after each use. Still a good knife.

I am new to cooking above and beyond starter dishes. I am no sous chef by any means but this knife is terrific! I love the presentation when I received it. It is very sharp and cuts through meat very easily. I have used it for a couple weeks now and it is still great. I cannot wait to add to my culinary arsenal with purchasing more of their knives. If you are looking to get into serious cooking I would look into purchasing this knife. Great quality

Fabulous knife - well balanced, beautiful and highly functional. Do not regret this purchase! Just be careful, it is razor sharp! The balance leads to less hand fatigue and greater control when using. You get what you pay for!

Beautiful presentation and sharp, but begins to pit rapidly. Rust spots will form no matter how careful you are. My Global Deba will always be the best knife I’ve ever owned!
