I've been using a bamboo waterproof mattress protector that seems to just trap heat. Compared to that protector, this one is much cooler. The cotton pillowtop layer definitely helps dissipate body heat instead of retaining it.The material seems to be decent quality. The pocket was large enough to fit over my 12" mattress and the pillowtop layer isn't too fluffy that it would prevent my fitted sheet from staying on. I don't really think the pillowtop does much to enhance the comfort of my mattress, but it doesn't detract from the comfort either.It's easy enough to wash in a standard sized washing machine. You'll probably want to tumble dry on low, because it does absorb a lot of water and took at least a day and a half to air dry.

Firstly it fits so nicely and it is comfortable ,I love the difference it has made to the look and feel of the bed plus its waterproof. I am so pleased

I was looking for both a little extra fluff/cushion and also a mattress protector for any pet accidents or spills. I decided this would be the best for both of my concerns and I was correct! Really nice product , well made, and extremely well priced. It’s also good to note I probably would have enough room to add a plushy mattress topper if I wanted to so. This is the guest room bed so I doubt I’ll ever get to doing that…. Regardless, i recommend this product

I am really liking this mattress cover. I have a firm, deep king mattress and wanted something to give it a little softness and a lot of protection. So far so good. Its not super thick but has transformed my mattress just enough, and has provided some good night sleeps. No noise and washes well.

This cover works great! Our mattress feels so much softer. It fits our pillow top matress well and doesn’t come off. Our infant is in our bed often and it helps protect from urine and spit up. We’ve washed multiple times and it’s still in great condition.

Great topper, but for me not a big enough thickness for a bad back

It is so soft and comfortable.. stays on the bed perfectly! It’s well made and the fit is exact.. definitely worth the buy :)
