Pure, high-fiber psyllium capsules that promote clean, reliable daily bowel regularity.
This is easily the most effective daily fiber supplement I’ve used for dependable, day-to-day regularity. Yerba Prima Psyllium Husk Veg Capsules offer excellent value, especially in the two-pack, and the quality clearly stands out. The capsules are on the larger side, but once you dial in the amount that works best for you, the benefits are well worth it. Digestion feels more complete, and results are noticeably cleaner and more comfortable. When your system feels balanced, everything else just feels better—it’s like a gentle daily cleanse that keeps things running smoothly. What truly separates this product from others is the ingredient integrity. These capsules contain pure, whole psyllium husks, produced in Ashland, Oregon, with no fillers or unnecessary additives. You’re getting exactly what you want without wasting money on lower-quality alternatives. Each capsule delivers 625 mg of fiber, giving you more fiber per capsule than most competing brands and requiring fewer pills to get results. Plant-based, non-GMO, gluten-free, and consistently effective—Yerba Prima delivers premium quality you can trust. If digestive health and regularity are important to you, this is a smart choice.

Elite 625mg Potency; Vegan Capsule; Keto-Friendly
Once Psyllium Husk contacts the fluids of our digestive system, it balloons to over 50 times its initial size, then pushes everything in there out of there. Keto dieters in particular (I'm one) can too easily avoid fiber, as many sources pack a heightened carb count. But its intake is crucial to a healthy life, and Psyllium Husk does boast the lowest carb count within the fiber family. Verba Prima's product uniquely distinguishes itself by presenting a substantially elevated per-capsule dose (625 MG) at a remarkable $0.06/count. No rice fillers, binders, or fillers; no silicon dioxide. And this is a rare vegan/vegetarian offering among high potency psyllium seed products, as its delivery mechanism is a vegetable cellulose capsule, maximizing bioavailability -- none of the ground-up bovine hooves found in traditional gelatin capsules. Whether used for weight loss or for its assurances of good intestinal/gut health, this is an elite, low glycemic solution and a best-in-class value at this low price. - (Was this of use? If so, let me know by clicking "Helpful." Cheers!)

Great product
I'm 74, eat a lot of vegetables and legumes and never needed laxatives my entire life but these psyllium husks are a small miracle. If you're on the fence just go for it. Daily bathroom trips are short smooth and sweet. In and out. Highly recommended.

Great natural fiber supplement, gentle and effective!
These Yerba Prima Psyllium Husks Veg Caps are amazing for daily digestive health and regularity. I love that they’re 100% natural, plant based, and have no fillers or artificial ingredients. They work gently, without cramps or discomfort, and really help keep things moving smoothly. The capsules are easy to take and perfect for anyone who doesn’t like mixing psyllium powder. Highly recommend for natural gut support and a cleaner, lighter feeling every day! 💚

Helped me with loose stools
I got some issue after traveling in South America - went to the opposite of my usual constipation. I was on a once a day or more schedule, and the urge would arise suddenly. Probiotics helped but didn’t solve it. This stuff has put me on a regular 2 day schedule with no urgency. Tip: keep a few baggies around with 4 or 8 tablets in them. Put in briefcase, pocket, car etc - that way when you go out to lunch or dinner you can take them there. I’m pretty sure you better take then 3 times a day with each meal to get the full benefit.

Identical to Metamucil
The capsules are the same size, yet this one claims 2.2 grams in four caps, and Metamucil 2.0 grams in five. Someone's not right. But given they both contain the same ingredient, the defining difference is price. These were 7.5 cents per cap, Metamucil 12 cents. They're just charging for the brand name. One other thing, neither comes from China, which means there's a better chance it's not industrial waste rather than psyllium. What they don't say is that it's grown in India. Yerba says that it's "made" in the USA, Metamucil says nothing. Borderline mendacity.
