Yes it is, but I’m not sure if the 7700 has enough rpm’s to cut whatever your trying to cut. But it should fit.

Are these blades compatible with WEN rotatory tool?

WEN takes bits anywhere from 1/32 of an inch to 1/8 of an inch in size and these are 1/8 " I would say yes
