Excellent
Been using this "ergonomic" mouse for years now once you get used to the different position ( becuase of repetitive strain) you will never go back to a normal mouse

I like this, it fits my hand shape
After trying a number of "vertical" mice I now have two of these, because they fit my hand so well (and have not broken down!). Mouse fit is very personal, depending in part on hand size and shape. I find most mice too small, even the £100 "large" models, though I do not have big hands or long fingers. I've tried a lot of different ones... This design allows me to keep my hand in a fairly open, rather "straight" position that does not cause strain, and the angle is right for me. I find it comfortable (though others less so, they have different hand shapes). It does seem to be quite sensitive to the surface but easy enough to sort that out. However, for the price (particularly the wired model) I think it's worth a try if you find other shapes too cramped. I use mine on both Macs and PCs without problems

Great position for reducing RSI and discomfort
Keeps your hand in an upright handshake position which reduces the strain on your upper arm and shoulder. Anyone not using an ergonomic mouse is storing up trouble. I thought I was going to have to give up my career in IT until I discovered ergonomic mice. The difference they make has been transformative. The mouse wheel on this particular device is a bit clunky. It's better than not having an ergonomic mouse but not quite as good as it could be.

Why did I take so long to change.
Having arthritis in my fingers a long day on a standard mouse leaves them sore. Just recently moved to this ergonomic style and what a difference. Takes a wee while to adjust to the different posture but we are talking hours rather than days. Went for this style as I wanted BT and it was a good size for my hand. I also was attracted by the German design label. Looking forward to many hours clicking away. Recommend this product.

Good, but...
Build quality good. Size and comfort good. Connectivity good. Unfortunately I need to replace the batteries every 3 to 4 days, which is not good and expensive to run unless using rechargeable AAA's.

It failed faster than other mice
I've tried plenty of mice and keyboards from perixx and I've usually been happy with them, but this one was a let down for me. The size and shape is quite good; perhaps a little too steep which causes restriction and sensor stability problems when pressing the face buttons fast. However, I got adjusted to an angled hand position on his mouse that felt natural, ergonomic and still allowed for plenty of movement. So, not many problems there... it's just a learning curve and finding what works for you. The mouse feels smooth to the touch, almost rubbery in a sense, and it's holding up good throughout the weeks I've had it. However, the actual build quality doesn't feel too great and it feels a bit rough around the edges, such as the edges of the face buttons and housing. The mouse has a sharp, blue LED that glares the side of your eye whenever in use. It's quite distracting. The buttons are lightweight, but not extremely sensitive like I've found with a lot of modern mice (especially ones that seem suited for gaming), and they're not too loud either. The scroll wheel has a segmented, tactile feel. However, this mouse started failing within 2 months; the scroll wheel is already becoming unresponsive and prone to incorrect read. The left click button is already failing and is prone to doubling clicks and sudden drop-outs, so click-and-drag becomes extremely unreliable. I've tried cleaning it and the problem persists. It's inevitable that a mouse, especially more budget ones, will eventually become less responsive (the switch buttons inside all have a click lifespan after all)... however, this is the fastest a mouse has failed me. Even the most budget mice have lasted multiple times longer than this did.

moulded to fit my wrist
It looks a strange shape, but just look at my relaxed hand, then look at my hand on this device, it is perfectly shaped to the hand, does not make my wrist ache after 8 hours of continues use, like it is made to measure my hand, no wrist ache after entire day using it, GET ONE !!!, ive bought 4, one for each computer

It is comfortable to use and has eased RSI in my forearm
This vertical mouse seems well made and is designed so the user's arm stays in a more natural position. It is comfortable to use and has eased RSI in my forearm. I have also used the wired version which is equally good but this wireless models has the advantage of a clutter-free work area. It took a day to get used to the different arm position but now it feels perfectly natural.
