All the senses loved it
Who doesnt love the best chocolate in the World? Also the delivery was made with extra care and also inclided an Ice pack due to which the chocolate bars did not melt, wonderful experience

Product good, but broken when delivered

Damage
I receive parcel today 7 pm I open parcel inside 1 chocolate is ok and 2nd one is broken. I think some one open parcel. It is chocolate so i am not returning. Please take care about good packing.

Quality product
As per expectation. The flavor was good but due to heat and travel it got melted. Otherwise no major issues.

Please Ensure products are delivered in proper condition
Although packing was good complete with ice packs. Both the bars were broken in the centre, not giftable/presentable

Bad product delivered
The product is about to expire and the hazelnuts were bitter in taste. Not a quality product. Only ten days are remaining for expiry and the white fungal like spots on the chocolate makes it non edible.
