I was surprised first to see no nubs on the bottom. I had bought carpet tape as I don't like tripping over edges. I'm happy I didn't expect runners to be that much but it works for the purpose. I'd suggest 2 sided tape but it does seem to lay down well.

This product is exactly what I needed- something temporary for protecting my carpets. It does rise on the ends if something is heavily on it (I’ve had it down for about a week). I do wish that I was a bit thicker but overall I’m satisfied with the money spent for this product!

The plastic is very thin rendering its weight the most serious issue You'll need to constantly reposition it because it will slip around. You'll always fear that its inability to stay put may cause someone to slip, trip or fall.The plastic turns up at the corners and ripples generally for the entire length. It's very disappointing. Maybe it should be heavier. But this is garbage!! I am still in need of a clear runner. I think I will get my money back...
