Needed this for my nursing students to perform eye exams on preschoolers. Great condition and arrived really quick!

We bought this for our pediatric practice. Having only 3 different pictures makes it easier for our 3 & 4 year olds. We copied the top row and made flash cards so our shy patients don’t have to talk.

I did not realize when purchasing that this chart is made to be used at a distance of 10 feet rather than your typical 20 feet for the Snellen chart. Not a problem, just a note to b e sure using the correct distance and reading the results correctly. I think the symbols are easier for preschool age than many other charts I looked at.

It was less expensive than who we normally order through--which made me nervous--but it is a high-quality chart. Be aware it a sticker and not cardboard.
