Are these all brush tip pens? What does this set include that is not in the 60 set?

The set includes 90 pens in a range of 66 colors (including metallics) and a variety of nib types - every Fineliner, Metallic, Calligraphy and Brush color is included. The 60 set includes only brush nibs.

Wondering if this set includes landscape colors, shades of blue, pastel, neon, basic, manga, manga shojo, manga Kaoiro and shades of grey?

This set has the entire B / Brush pen collection: 60! 
All little sets “skin”, “pastel”, “landscape “.. derive from these 60!. 
This is perhaps the LARGEST Grey-scale set: 9! Green shades by blue + turquoise: 19! Together with 8 brown shades! Draw along!

Included There are also the set of 6 (not 12) metallic Pitt art pens. 
Besides, there are 11 (not 12) main (basic general 3 blue/1green/1red/1yellow color/1magenta/1violet F / Fine pens + various black pens of different drawing diameter: CS / extra fine, F / Fine , SB / Soft Brush, 2.5, M..  & some in brownish + umber? . So, the answer is YES! 
Also, the set includes 13 calligraphy pens, that is: a tip by a variety of uses (6); the others are just described S, M.

Because MANGA is so boring.. you don’t need this largest Faber-Castellated set. You can do by.. 48 perfect.

NEON: No! Try Staedtler Triplus Fineliners set of (36-pls check - or 48!). Less expensive. These sets either have all 0.3mm pens.

What is shelf life on these pens? How long until they dry up if not in use?

The pens have a 2 to 3 year shelf life when stored in the horizontal position.
