what diameter hole are these pins meant for?

They fit 1999 + or - Volvo door panel mounting rivet holes about 10 mm hole.

will these match a 1994 volvo 960?

Sorry, don't know - I have a 2006 volvo, and when I re-attached the inner door skin I was able to re-use the clips that were original equipment with the car.

To remove these push pins without breaking them, push the center pin head with a small flat head punch slightly smaller than the push pin head until it pops in and or sometimes thru , then lightly pull the door panel to show it has released. Do the same with the others. Yes they are reusable.
