"Made in the Americas" sounds like weasel words. What specific county are these made in?

28 years as an R.N. In ICU and OR, Halyard is the “Mercedes “ of Medical. No worry and I have zero affiliation or stock with this company. I am retired and buying these for my family . Don’t be fooled by those made for pollen, dust etc. bacterial size and viral size filtering are way different. Check out the stats .

is this the same mask that is supplied to hospitals? Is there a clear plastic/silicon ribbon edging the inside of the mask?

Mine does not have a silicon edging it but it is identical to the ones l use in my hospital as an RN. If that helps.

If anyone from the company is checking here, why is the box not sealed, and how could you ship a box that is missing five masks (30 arrived, not 35)?

My box had the complete shipment of 35. If you were shorted, I suggest you contact Amazon and complain. It worked for me.
