Omg!!! could the seller please put a picture with a tape measurer to clarify the size? buyers have several different opinions.

The actual size is 10" x 12.5" with handles x 2.5" (I just measured it). I cannot change the description, because only the manufacturer (Portmeirion) can do it according to Amazon's policy. Yves Decor

Does the messurement 10.75" include the handles or is that dimension bigger?

The inside of the bowl is 9 in From outside of handle to outside of handle is 12 in...

Is it made in England?

Yes, the company is English and many pieces of pottery are made there (Coventry I think). However some pieces are outsourced to other countries. Confusingly, the town of Portmeirion is in Wales. There are Portmeirion stores there but no manufacturing.
