I won't buy any other mass gainer product. For people like me who are ectomorphs, this is your answer!. I have great genetics, but a metabolism so fast I cannot eat enough in a day to get enough nutrition to make gains....I've been 132 lbs my whole adult life. I started lifting in April '25 and found Mutant Extreme. I take 3 scoops with breakfast and before bedtime, with whole milk. I lift heavy, 4 days a week and I just weighed in at 160 lbs yesterday! So in 6 1/2 months, I put on 28 lbs, mostly all muscle. Very happy with this product. Tastes better than any other protein I've tried. No stomach issues at all like some have reported. May be irritating to anyone sensitive to loctose. 1 serving is 4 scoops so 2 servings gets you the advertised 2400 caloric intake (2600 with whole milk). Mix with heavy cream and it tastes like a whip-cream cookies and cream milkshake! It is loaded with every vitamin and nutrient that a fitness junkie would need. Massively packed with gainer fuel.

Great value. I take a half serving daily. I add 30 grams of protein, creatine, and alpha lipoic acid to mimic the effects of cell tech. Man what a combo . Really great stuff!!!

Nice flavor

I have tried almost all their flavors and I gotta say cookies and cream is my least favorite. The reason being it doesn’t taste like cookies and cream it tastes weird. The price was good value 70 dollars for 12 pounds is amazing. The serving size is great value as well. They’re a solid company that makes solid flavors but cookies and cream should be revised.

i purchased this for an employee of mine who unfortunately was diagnosed with throat cancer and could not eat and was on a liquid diet. He had lost lots of weight and look super frail. i got hit this and told him to blend it with enough milk to make it runny and not too thick. he would sip it over a few hours and it did a good job of adding some fat on his body. this would not be doctor recommended but i have to say it worked well.

I bought this after they ran out of their Strawberry Banana Mutant Mass protein powder. Absolutely hated the taste. It was grainy and gritty, and it took ~30 minutes of shaking, pausing, and shaking again to get half of it to dissolve in milk and finally call it drinkable. I switched to On Nutrition and drank their Banana mix which tastes incredible compared to their strawberry banana, but ran out of that as well. So figured I would dust this one off before it expires and force myself through it. The two weeks that I spent going through this I swear I probably lost muscle. Then I check the bag. WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S 30G OF PROTEIN PER SERVING? ARE YOU INSANE??? How can you call this a "Mutant MASS EXTREME GAINER" when your other protein powders are BETTER PRICE PER DOLLAR THAN THIS?? Absolute scam. Do not waste your time on this product. If you're going to buy from Mutant Mass, buy their other product lines. At least you will get ~9g of protein per dollar spent compared to this abysmal ~6g per dollar.

Overall I would seriously rate this product, compared to other brands in this size the pricing is very reasonable, having been through many alternatives I definitely feel like I will be sticking with this for a while. In terms of taste it can be very sweet and I have used the suggestion another review made about adding olive oil and oats to take some of that away, works well. I know some people find these shakes very rich but I have to say it's not unique to this brand because I have had much worse you just get used to it really. On the subject of bloating; if you experience any bloating then why are you continuing to consume the full 4 scoops, to put it this way it is over 1000 calories which comparatively is an average fish and chips dinner, now imagine consuming that as a blended liquid of course it will bloat you, the reason you don't bloat on a dinner is because you eat slower. So do the same with your shake if you cannot handle it in one bash just take it easy or spread the 'dosage' out over the day. Results: I would also have to say this is why I have stuck with this brand and have now had this for several months. I'm making some great Gains and am up to near 15st (95kg) from roughly 13St (83kg), I have a pretty balanced well rounded diet with those occasional cheat days. Overall no matter what type of gainer you take if you want to look like a beast then act like it in the gym and make sure you eat like one (in a sensible healthy way). Ultimately this should only supplement a bulk not be the core of your calorie intake! Hope you find this helpfull
