How do soft close drawer slides work?

LONTAN soft close drawer slides are equipped with hydraulic dampers that slow down the drawer by applying a certain amount of resistance as it approaches the closed position, thus reducing noise and preventing damage caused by impacts.

Do soft close drawer slides require professional installation?

Installation of soft close drawer slides usually only need some basic tools, such as a screwdriver, tape measure and pencil, etc. We come with instructions as well as installation video, so if you're a handyman, please feel free to buy!

Why are soft close drawer slides more expensive than regular slides?

Damping slides use hydraulic dampers with precisely matched spring and piston systems for smooth closure. This requires precision and quality materials, increasing costs, also provides benefits like silence, furniture protection, and enhanced safety.

Are the slides suitable for heavy-duty drawers (e.g., kitchen cabinets)?

Our slides have a high weight capacity 100LBS and are built with durable materials to ensure smooth and reliable operation even with heavy loads. Whether you're storing pots, pans, or other essentials, they will provide the performance you need.

Are the LONTAN soft close drawer slides adjustable to different drawer sizes?

Our rails are not adjustable, please measure your drawer length and cabinet depth before buy, our product page has the corresponding rail length, you can also reach out to us for you to recommend, we also support returns, please rest assured to buy!
