This is a high-quality, smooth fiber that dissolves well in room temperature or warmer water. I have found it to be less likely to cause gas or cramping than psyllium fiber.

Dissolves really well in coffee and has no taste, which is exactly what I was looking for. That and an ORGANIC fiber that causes ZERO gas. If that's what you're looking for, I highly recommend Anthony's Organic Acacia Senegal Powder.

UPDATE: have since switched to Now psyllium husk powder caps with apple pectin. Seems to work better to solidify things gently. I sprinkle 3 caps over my my soft food and add a little water as it thickens doesnt taste at all. I chose this over Heathers because it appeared to be the exact same product but 3-4$ less. Cudnt be happier! From virtually the first dose my tummy felt calmer and more peaceful...the cramping bubbling gurgling bloating and urgent need to potty immediately after eating greatly subsided . It’s about the 3rd day and each day has been a little better. Am really pleased that at night when often at its worst my tummy almost feels normal. I wake in the morn and do my bizness but not throughout the day like b4. Tummy issues are not 100% but soooo much better already. Also ordered Now DGL and Gastro Comfort which seemS to compliment this gentle fiber. I mix a tablespoon into my morning coffee ( vigorously stir 1/3 coffee in till mostly dissolved about 30-45 seconds then add rest of coffee. Absolutely tasteless no grit or change in thickness at all) and another in my afternoon peppermint tea or fresh vegetable juice. Very pleased adds some normality to my life and eating habits. Worth its weight in gold

I have been using this since my doctor recommended it for fiber supplement instead of Metamucil. No taste and dissolves quickly. Unfortunately my last package arrived with a tear in the bag and it was packaged with a package of herbal sachet so acacia ended up with a scent. Disappointing.

Better than the psyllium fiber I used to take. Mixes into coffee great! No issues with gas. Nice and light.

It works great and makes me regular I put it in my coffee in the morning and it tastes great and works great. I have tried others and they didn't work. Thanks to Anthony's Acacia I don't hurt in my belly anymore.

I’ve been taking acacia fiber for many years. Anthony’s is my go to for all my powders and supplements. It’s a clean honest product.

Good quality. This is the brand I reorder because it's consistent, reasonably priced and it works. I have regular bowel movements and an easier time digesting.

Doesn't have a taste yet to see its results but seems of high quality no complaints so far
