I know reviews say this smells good, but they don't describe what type of fragrance it is: citris, fresh, etc. Can anyone tell me this info?

This shampoo is mild with a light citrus scent and has no sulphate. With commercial shampoos I lose gobs of hair, don't have that issue with "Mild by Nature"
