Do you send you peas to China to be processed in any way? Do these leave Canada at any point?

We are committed to North American farming and processing and do not sell a rice protein due to the fact that all rice proteins are currently processed in China. Peas naturally have sugar, however it is not indicated with the amount per serving. Why is that? Many pea protein isolate still indicate the sugar.
