Was not available in big box stores. Pay attention to original item being replaced as later valves look almost same. Be sure able to remove old valve as old valves are sometimes corroded and difficult to remove without damaging valve body.

Perfect fit. As good as delta branded valves I have used in the past. Hardest part was getting the old valve parts out of the housing due to our hard water scale cementing in the old valve.

My bathroom was last done in the late 80's so most of the other options to replace the cartridge didn't work for us. I didn't install it but hub said this is the only one that would work with our plumbing. Thank heaven we had this option! We quickly ordered another one so that if there are issues in the future, we know we have one ready!

I should have bought the OEM. Im a 30 year tradesman and install and service both residential and commercial faucets. In the short time I have owned it the Danco valve we now have to wiggle the faucet to get center or the off position so it doesn't keep running. Go with OEM.

Muy buena calidad

This part was a direct replacement for a aging, failing Delta cartridge. As a non-OEM replacement, it installed and worked perfectly.However, now 6mo into usage, it is beginning to fail. I gave Danco a chance but may need to go for an OEM Delta cartridge this time.
